Does Cardinal Financial outsource draws?

No. We manage all draw disbursements in-house to ensure efficiency and control.

How long does the process take?

Depending on the builder, we can accommodate 4, 6, 9, and 12-month builds.

Is the builder’s credit pulled?

No. We do not perform credit checks on builders during the application process.

What documents are required?

W-9, copy of General Liability Insurance Policy, builder questionnaire, and a copy of your general contractor’s license. Additional documentation may be needed on a case-by-case basis.
