Cardinal team knows what they are doing. They are not your typical mom and pop lenders who have no idea what they are doing.
- Document collection (very methodical)
- Never had to repeat any document that I had sent
- They parsed all the info sent
- Never had to face the mood swings and BS of underwriters, they deflected all of that by front ending and cordinating the exchange of data
- Closed on a complicated loan in less than 18 days (typical closing for me has always been around 30 days)
- Did not have to lift a finger during the whole transactions
- They answers the questions everytime we had any
- They made the time to discuss everything, as opposed to the hundreds of lending clowns out there who are just in the rush to push paper.(FC lending being one of the prime examples)
