Shawn Kelly joined Cardinal Financial in October of 2018. Previously he served as Branch Sales Manager for Mann Mortgage's 5 Hawaii branches. Kelly led the growth of the Honolulu Branch from five employees to 40, increasing their gross sales from $65 million in 2011 to $279 million in 2017. The Honolulu branch was named #1 branch company-wide for the last ten years by Mann Mortgage LLC, which operates 45 branches. Purchase growth at the Honolulu branch achieved record highs in 2017, making up 74% of volume despite a large refinance volume due to exceptional lending rates.

Kelly is known for a can-do attitude, unrelenting drive, and strongly supports his sales team ensuring the latest, best tools and programs are available to their customers.
