My name is Luis Garcia, I am an Imperial Valley native with over 15 years of experience in the retail banking and finance industry. Prior to joining Cardinal Financial, my last six years were holding management and leadership positions at two different banking locations. I have always had a passion for helping people succeed financially and doing the right way. I recently made the move into the mortgage industry because I saw a great opportunity to help families fulfill their dream of homeownership.
