George ( Buddy ) Koolhof

Buddy has been helping homebuyers meet their mortgage financing needs since 1986 and has helped over 5,000 clients finance or refinance their homes. He believes communication is the key in all financial transactions and is dedicated to keeping all parties involved throughout the process from loan pre-qualification to closing.

Buddy is more than just a mortgage professional. He is a neighbor and a friend you can call anytime, and know you are getting trusted Mortgage advice. Buddy is licensed in Florida and Maryland and splits his time between the two. Buddy enjoyed two years on the board of governors for the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also involved with Realtor Boards in Florida and Maryland.
